Minalis - FAQ

1. Are your watches water resistant?

Yes. Our watches are splash and rain resistant (3ATM).
However, they are not designed for swimming, showering or diving.
We recommend avoiding prolonged immersion in order to preserve the longevity of the mechanism.

2. What materials are used for the watch?

The list of materials can be found under the selected product.

3. What is your return and refund policy?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee after receipt.
The watch must be returned in its original condition, unworn and in its complete packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

4. To which country do you ship?

We currently deliver throughout Canada and the United States.


Please note that all international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) . This means you are responsible for paying any customs duties and import taxes in your country upon delivery.
By placing an order to an international destination, you confirm that you understand and accept this responsibility.
Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at the time of purchase. However, below a minimum threshold of $800 USD, there are generally no customs duties to pay.

5. How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days.
Standard delivery to Canada typically takes between 3 and 7 business days; US orders can take up to 10 business days.
A tracking number is automatically sent by email as soon as the shipment is dispatched.

6. Can I modify or cancel my order?

It is possible to modify or cancel an order only if it has not yet been shipped.
We recommend contacting us promptly after purchase.

7. Why does my order require additional verification?

For your security, our payment system verifies the billing information and address associated with your credit card.
This information must exactly match the information recorded with your bank.
As part of this verification process, we may contact you by email (usually within 48 working hours) to confirm your order.
We encourage you to respond quickly to avoid its cancellation.
Please note that these procedures may cause a slight delay in the processing of your order.
