Shipping and returns

1. Shipping Information

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. Please check your spam/junk mail folder if you haven't received an email after placing your order.

Once your order has been processed, please allow 3 to 5 business days from the date of purchase for shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

2. National Orders

Canadian orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

3. International Orders

International orders are delivered within 7 to 10 business days.

MINALIS is not responsible for paying any customs duties or import taxes levied by your country upon delivery. By placing an order for international delivery, you confirm that you are responsible for paying these charges.

Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unworn and in its original packaging. To complete the exchange process, the buyer must return the item to our warehouse at their own expense.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
